Strawberry Fishcake Sinfully sweet, this moist cake is carefully crafted to tickle your taste buds. Everything is made in house or sourced locally, down to the fresh fish caught this morning by Tom, straight from the neighboring lake. A rich vanilla cake as the base, hand-picked organic strawberries from California have been blended into the silky buttercream frosting and are sprinkled on top along with subtly sweet melon balls. A must have!
