This month, our OotS coat is Bubble Tea, along with their Milk Tea and To-Go Pack! This month’s coat and items were created by Plaid. You can purchase this set from the Out of the Shadows shop through the end of the month!

• The Creative Collective has been updated with new prompts for this month!
• Bingo RP has been tallied! Those of you who have completed a bingo may now request a new card!
• A new round of the Chamber of Reflections has begun!
• This month’s Productivi-Day will be held on Sunday, May15th!

 

Our Coats for a Cause campaign is ongoing through June 16th, with proceeds going to Direct Relief. While they provide aid in response to many causes and crises all over the world, we will specifically be donating towards their Ukraine Relief which focuses on providing humanitarian relief in the form of medical aid to people affected by the conflict.

100% of the proceeds made from the sale of the Wheat and Sky coat, created by Plasma and Rhyme, will be donated to this organization.

Several new edit donations were released as items in the Marketplace! You can find the full list in this post, and can learn more about edit donations here. However, edit donations are currently on hold until Myla returns from her baby break!

Trial artists Nonny and Acyd finished up a collaboration piece, and have thus released an army of fancy little frog friends into the Cave! You can craft these dapper little fellas over at the Combinabulator.

While Myla is away, the coordinators will apparently play. We have an activity-packed couple of months planned for you guys! A couple of older activities are having an encore, the Drawntlet has finally found its permanent home in our calendar, and, of course, there is our usual Summer event to look forward to!

Here’s a peek at our summer plans:

• May: ‘My Corner of the Cave’ activity rerun (with new prizes, of course)
• June: ‘A Day in the Life’ activity rerun (also with new prizes)
• July: The Drawntlet! This will be its permanent month going forward, based on preferences outlined in our original feedback survey.
• August: Summer Event! More details will be made available closer to release; we are still pretty early in the planning stages.

• glitch and Myla are new parents! They will both continue to do the essential tasks to keep the Cave up and running but are concentrating on their new little one. You can read more about that here!
• The coordinator team worked on maintaining ongoing creative activities, and have been chipping away at future events and activities.
• The art team worked on queue orders, and are looking forward to the summer seasonal shop and upcoming events.
