If you\‘re preparing to submit a custom, I am happy to give you a price estimate on the cost of your future custom!

Here are a few pointers:

• Only send in one design/request at a time.  This helps me manage my time better and spread it out over more players!  Once you get a response from me, then you can send in the next design.
• If you’re making changes to a design that already has an estimate attached to it, re-use the same echo thread.
• Different designs can either go in a new echo or you can keep recycling the same one.  It doesn’t matter. :)
• If you’re getting an estimate on a design you are selling,  please add the buyer to the echo or pass the price estimate along with a note that the estimate should be copy/pasted into the custom form.
• Quoted portions of the estimate need to be pasted into your custom/edit form.  If you fail to do so, it will be re-priced and may be slightly different than the original estimate — we go with the pricing of whatever the last estimate was!
• If you change something about your design or are using different references, we recommend getting your estimate re-checked.  Remember to use the same echo thread.
• When your custom/edit order is claimed by an artist and it includes an official estimate, artists will almost always use the estimated price to set the PP value of the order. Changes in price however can occur in situations such as:
  • An edit was left off of the estimate
  • The total was miscalculated in the estimate
  • Edits are a different complexity level than in the estimate
  • The references/mock-up has been altered from the original in the estimate
  • The estimate is very old (e.g. 2 years + old)
• In order to have the most accurate estimate possible, It is the player’s responsibility to double check estimates carefully and to get their estimates updated with any changes they make to their order.

A few notes about this:

• You must be the current owner of the pet.
• I can give you big flower or baby images for sprouts that you own.
• I keep the original versions of every coat, so if you buy a unique pet that has gone through the edit queue, I am happy to show you what the original version looked like. Reverting a pet back to its original state typically costs 1 PP; I\‘m happy to provide official estimates for reversion.
• Please only send requests for one coat at a time. Once you’ve gotten a reply from me, then you can send in your next request! This helps me manage my time spent fetching images better.
